Following the UK Government's June announcement, and the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers being paramount, we have taken the initial steps to re-opening on 11 July 2020, including the introduction of our new operational procedures.


We are also relaxing our no-rescheduling policy - meaning you won't have to miss out during this period and have also introduced a refund policy. 


What happens next?



Your health is our top priority and we have put special measures in place to keep all guests and staff safe.

Teams will play the game exclusively in their own groups and will not play the game with any others.

To assist with our enhanced cleaning policy, each player should wear a face covering whilst playing the game and use the hand gel provided in each room.

There will be new social distancing measures at the venue.  Prior and post-game, teams will stay at a 2 metre distance from staff and other teams.

Staff members will be wearing the necessary PPE.

We have an enhanced surface and cleaning routine throughout the venue and each game room will be cleaned after use.

Our bar, the Mind Palace will remain closed for now.

* Cancellation 72 hours before 25% cancellation fee, 48 hours before 50% cancellation fee, 24 hours before 100% cancellation fee.  Refunds will be actioned within 28 days.  No cancellation or rebooking fees apply for reschedules.
